Artemisia's is a classroom-restaurant of the Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THCA) department at St. Philip's College. It features various groups of students who collaborate to prepare, coordinate and serve meals of various styles and cuisines.  Lunch is $9/person and they will feature the following Spanish menu for our luncheon:

• Garlic Soup
• Savory Spanish Salad
• Paella with rice
• Flan con Mango
• Spanish Bread 

Please RSVP by Tuesday, April 26 via email so we can have an accurate account for the table.  We start at 11:30 AM so that we can beat the lunch crowd and get everyone back to work by 1 PM.
